These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and prk333 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the prk333 online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at prk333.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.

Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Age verification may be requested at any stage, and accounts found to be held by underage individuals will be immediately closed with any funds returned subject to verification.
The Platform is not available to residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing prk333 is lawful in your location. Registering from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is a breach of these Terms.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Accounts must be used solely by the registered account holder for personal entertainment purposes. Operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing third parties to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. prk333 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
prk333 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC requirements are satisfied. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
Accounts are denominated in the currency selected at registration, which may include Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where supported. Currency conversion fees may apply to transactions in non-base currencies.
prk333 aims to support payment methods familiar to Pakistani players, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers to recognised institutions. These payment providers are listed as familiar Pakistani references only. None of these providers endorse, partner with or support this operator. Availability, minimum and maximum deposit amounts, and processing times are subject to change without notice and are governed by the operator's current settings and the relevant payment provider's own rules.
Deposits are credited to your Account once confirmed by the payment processor. prk333 does not hold funds in transit and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds originate from a lawful source and belong to you. prk333 complies with AML obligations and may request evidence of the source of funds where required.
prk333 does not extend credit to Players. All bets must be funded from cleared account balances only.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed the required KYC verification process. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC approval will be placed on hold until verification is complete.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected, the Player's account verification status and the operator's internal compliance queue. No specific processing speed is guaranteed. E-wallet methods such as Easypaisa and JazzCash may generally be processed faster than bank transfers, but this is not a guarantee. Weekend, public holiday and high-volume periods may extend processing windows.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per time period. Current limits are published in the platform's banking/cashier section and are subject to change. VIP tier status may affect applicable withdrawal thresholds.
prk333 reserves the right to process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in compliance with AML obligations. Where the original method is unavailable, an alternative may be arranged subject to additional verification.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional incentives offered by prk333 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. These terms include but are not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, time restrictions and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to winnings from bonus funds.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be played through in eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable multiplier and eligible game contributions are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
prk333 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash, exploitation of technical errors, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Where abuse is identified, prk333 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the account and apply further sanctions.
Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, one per eligible account. Players who have previously held an account on prk333 are not eligible for a new-player welcome bonus. Full eligibility criteria are published on the promotions page at the time of the offer.
All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type. prk333 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
In the event of a pricing or settlement error that is clearly erroneous (e.g., incorrect odds significantly below market rate), prk333 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to Players' accounts. This includes technical errors, human input errors and data feed failures.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. Limits vary by event, market type and Player account tier. Current limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
prk333 offers markets on Pakistan cricket internationals, PSL/T20 competitions, ICC tournaments, domestic and international football leagues, UFC events and other sports. Market availability is subject to the event schedule and platform configuration. prk333 does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with any sports league, governing body or team.
In-play markets are offered on selected events. Connection reliability and live data accuracy may affect in-play bet acceptance. Bets placed after the event outcome has been determined — whether due to latency or any other reason — will be voided.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after applicable bonus restrictions have been applied) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to prk333's internal complaints procedure.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body designated by the operator's regulatory authority, where such a mechanism exists.
Pakistani Players: prk333 does not accept any jurisdiction by Pakistani courts or regulatory bodies in respect of gambling activities. You acknowledge that prk333 is not licensed by any Pakistani authority and that you access and use the platform at your own legal risk under applicable Pakistani law.
prk333 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a notice published on the platform.
Your continued use of prk333 following publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you disagree with a change, you should cease using the platform and request account closure.
